Herren Project Alumni Program
Herren Project’s Alumni Program is open to anyone who has received personal addiction recovery support from Herren Project through treatment placement assistance or a recovery scholarship.
The alumni program provides individuals with a like-minded community of people in recovery and fosters a safe, positive, fun setting to give and receive support.
Ways to Connect
Alumni Events
Herren Project currently has seven concentrated areas for alumni across the country. In order to build connection, Herren Project’s Community Engagement Coordinator will plan alumni events through out the year to help individuals build new relationships and strengthen the foundations of their recovery.
Facebook Community
For those who are unable to attend our physical alumni groups, we also have an active Facebook alumni recovery group. This private group is open to anyone we have supported through treatment placement or recovery scholarships. It is a safe place to share challenges, celebrate milestones and inspire one another.

Other Ways For Alumni to Get Involved
We encourage all alumni to find other ways to get actively involved and give back to the mission of Herren Project. One way is through Team Herren Project.
Members of our alumni community are invited to join Team Herren Project. This supportive community of individuals participates in athletic events like 5ks, marathons and Spartan Races to raise funds and awareness for Herren Project’s services. Many of our Herren Project alumni love being a part of this supportive, active, fun community. Together, they celebrate recovery, healing and empowerment through healthy activities.
