Oftentimes, when we’re met with stress, we resort to unhealthy coping mechanisms – like drugs and alcohol. Wellness Week with Herren is all about practicing healthy ways of handling life’s challenges. The goal of Wellness Week with Herren is to offer tools and resources to encourage self-care and a focus on our well-being. When we practice wellness and connect to our best selves, we’re able to empower and inspire others to do the same.
