That’s why we are looking for leaders to model responsible corporate citizenship and fuel our mission to support, inspire and empower those affected by substance use disorder. The Corporate Partner Program lays the groundwork to further best practices on collaborative approaches to address the significant societal problem of addiction.

Recovery & Wellness Program Services

Dedicated services to your employees and family members.

Your investment fuels the capacity to serve your employees with dedicated services for the recovery and prevention of addiction to drugs and alcohol. We provide access to a continuum of care model built on the foundation of community as the key element to maintaining long-term recovery from drugs and alcohol and the tools needed to live healthy, productive lives.

  • Help Line for your employees and their families to call or text Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm.

  • Treatment Placement Assistance to advocate for each person and provide high-level guidance to find the best treatment option available for an employee or family member using vetted treatment providers.
  • Family Support offering compassionate support and resources for family members to promote healing and overall wellness. We have 26 online support groups and activities available for download to support and encourage employees as parents and mentors.
  • Access to Clinicians through 15-minute phone consultations Monday to Friday with licensed social workers specializing in substance use and co-existing disorders.
  • Case Management to assure proper aftercare planning and connection is in place for long-term recovery services.
  • Ongoing Support through on-line family support groups, alumni groups, and Team Herren Project.
