The Alameda County Office of Education’s Social and Emotional Learning Department, along with the Region 4 (Bay Area) TUPE programs and Substance Free Athletics, proudly present the 24th Annual Teens Tackle Tobacco, Alcohol, Drugs and Youth Wellness Conferences, also known as the ACT Conference.
