Herren Project is honored to once again be part of the Bank of America Boston Marathon™ Official Charity Program offered through the Boston Athletic Association. Through this incredible opportunity, runners can join our mission to support, inspire, and empower individuals and families impacted by addiction. Since 2014, this initiative has raised $1.9 million, directly benefiting 1,942 individuals with recovery and prevention resources, with a ripple effect of nearly 12,000 people of all ages.

Spots on Herren Project’s Boston Marathon team are limited, but each application is deeply valued. We look for runners who are ready to fundraise with heart and have a story that connects with our mission of recovery and prevention, inspiring them to run. We carefully consider each in building a team that represents recovery, resilience, and community.
