My name is Keira Dempsey and I am President of the Herren Project Club Youth Ambassador Executive Board. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be a part of our Youth Ambassador Board and I am honored to help educate myself and my community on healthy coping mechanisms and the steps we all can take to lead healthy, fuller lives through prevention. I am passionate about advocating for kids, and letting members of my community know they have a voice as well as the power to make positive change in our community. I’m excited to see all that we can accomplish this year as we work together and encourage one another to be ourselves and prioritize wellness!
