Tricia Mansfield

Senior Director of Prevention & Strategic Partnerships

Tricia joined Herren Project in March 2021 as Sr. Director of Prevention & Strategic Partnerships and oversees all of our prevention initiatives. Her 20 years of leadership experience in youth, teen, and family services has been essential to her contributions to our prevention efforts. In her role at Herren Project, Tricia oversees the quality of program development and cultivates relationships with community partners to increase impact and widen outreach. Motivated to expand mental health and behavioral health resources and to strengthen support systems for children and adolescents, Tricia became a Certified Instructor in Youth and teen Mental Health First Aid to bring skills-based training to educators, caregivers, and teens.
