Healthy Coping Strategies for Overall Wellness and Long-Term Recovery Webinar

This online webinar will help individuals with substance use disorder, and their loved ones understand healthy coping skills and strategies that can support long term recovery & overall wellness. We will discuss how to identify feelings and situations that may be particularly stressful, as well as providing tools and strategies for coping without substances. The webinar will also include information about coping in regards to depression and anxiety in general and as a result of the pandemic. We aim to provide guidance to help everyone live a well and fulfilling life free from the negative effects of addiction.

Kristin has worked in the field of mental health and addictive disorders for 18 years. Kristin’s past experience includes working with individuals with chronic and severe mental health issues and co-occurring disorders. She also has experience working in mental health centers and recovery residences. Kristin specializes in addiction and recovery, trauma and chronic mental health issues.
