About These Disclosures
The Herren Project dba Herren Project is a nonprofit, tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code (EIN 80-0748314). Contributions to The Herren Project are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
The Herren Project is registered to solicit charitable contributions in the states that require registration. Florida

Georgia
Upon request, The Herren Project will provide a full and fair description of its charitable programs and a financial statement consistent with the report filed with the Georgia Secretary of State. Requests may be directed to the contact information above.
Illinois
Contracts and reports regarding The Herren Project are on file with the Illinois Attorney General.
Kansas
The annual financial report for The Herren Project is on file with the Kansas Secretary of State. Kansas Registration No. 21-025416.
Maryland

Mississippi

Nevada
Contributions to The Herren Project may be tax-deductible pursuant to Section 170(c) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Herren Project’s full legal name, charitable purpose, and contact information are set out above and on file with the Nevada Secretary of State.
New Jersey

The Herren Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose charitable purpose is to provide education, prevention, treatment navigation, recovery support, and resources for individuals and families affected by substance use disorder. Registration with the Secretary of State does not imply endorsement of this solicitation by the State.
