What do you do for a living? I am a process improvement project manager at Beth Israel
Deaconess Medical Center.
How did you first connect with Herren Project? I first became introduced to the Herren
Project when Chris Herren came and shared his story at my high school.
What is your interest in/connection to recovery? I lost my amazing dad to substance use in
2015. I hope to help end the stigma surrounding substance use so that people feel more
comfortable talking about it and asking for help.
Who is someone who inspires you? My family, friends, and Herren Project teammates.
What’s your favorite pastime or hobby? I love spending time with my wonderful family,
friends, and my dog.
What are you most proud of? I am proud to be the daughter, granddaughter, aunt, sister, friend,
and soon-to-be wife of the best people ever.
What does serving as a Herren Project ambassador mean to you? Being an ambassador
means so much to me! I am so grateful for the chance to not only help individuals and their loved
ones impacted by substance use, but to help end the stigma associated to normalize asking for
help and accessing resources. Together we can recover.
