Sa’Myah

Hi, my name is Sa’Myah, and I’m a high school junior who cares deeply about mental health, substance use prevention, and supporting my peers. I recently became Vice President of my school’s Herren Project Club, and I’m excited to step into this leadership role and help spread awareness in my community. I chose to be part of the Youth Ambassador Program because I see how common things like vaping and substance use are among people my age, and I want to be a voice for change. In the future, I hope to become a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and one day open my own practice, while also using social media to reach and support young women. I believe that even small actions can inspire change, and I’m committed to making a positive impact wherever I can.
