My name is Talia, and I am a senior in New York. I am pleased to serve as a youth ambassador for the Herren Project. I joined this program because I have a passion for helping others, even in the smallest ways. I love being involved in my community, whether that be volunteering or mentoring others. I have also struggled with mental health myself over the past couple of years, so I want to help people feel supported and understood as much as possible. As I continue in the Herren Project, I hope to grow as a person in every aspect alongside my fellow ambassadors and make a difference in someone’s life in the process.
