SESSION: Sand Art of the Soul: A Reflective Practice for Wellbeing & Connection
DATE: May 26, 1:00–2:00 PM EST
FORMAT: Virtual
AUDIENCE: Adults
Sand Art of the Soul: A Reflective Practice for Wellbeing & Connection invites participants into a calm, meaningful space to slow down, connect inward, and choose a single word to serve as both a guide and an intention.
Grounded in whole-person wellbeing and informed by positive psychology, the experience blends storytelling, gentle research insights, appreciative journaling, creative expression, and meaningful small-group connection. Through this simple but powerful practice, participants explore what they most need in this season of life and discover how small, intentional moments, especially moments of shared presence and connection, can open the door to clarity, deeper connection, and meaningful change.
