What I do for a living: Student at Bentley University
Why I choose to run Boston with Herren Project:
I chose to run Boston with Herren Project because like many others across the country, my family has been affected by addiction. Back in 2014, Chris Herren spoke at my high school and his message has always stuck with me. In my first Boston Marathon, I wanted to run for a charity that I felt connected to, and I’m so grateful to have been selected to run with Herren Project!
What I do for fun (besides running and helping others!):
Spending time with my friends and family is my favorite thing to do. I also enjoy watching TV shows and movies, and reading. My favorite show is How I Met Your Mother. In addition, I like hiking and I am a big Boston sports fan.
What I’m most proud of:
I’m most proud of being a member of my family and being a part of a community that is so supportive. This training and fundraising process has reminded me that there will always be someone that has my back, and that’s an incredible feeling!
