My girlfriend Ileana and I live in Denver, CO, with our dog Cooper. I’m in recovery and just got into running two years ago. I choose to run NYC with Herren Project because I believe in the mission and hope that others can receive the help I was given 11 years ago. Running is so important to me as it is one way I connect to the world around me.
I love pumped Lane 8 in my headphones while I’m running around the city.
Most recently I’m proud to say I completed a 100-mile trail race in Steamboat with the help of some of the best friends a guy could ask for.
