Michelle Banchi
My name is Michelle Banchi and I live in Mansfield, MA. I am a Senior Strategic Account Manager at Enterprise Mobility. My focus is to help grow, maintain, and support some of our largest strategic accounts to enhance revenues and provide a superior level of support.
I ran the 2022 Boston Marathon with Herren Project in memory of my brother, Jason. I was accepted to come back and run in 2023. However, an injury sidelined me, but I am ready for my comeback, except this year is just more special to me.
Herren Project has given me so much, and it’s truly a place I call Home. As a new Herren Project Ambassador, I want to continue to raise awareness for substance abuse and show support for those individuals struggling, the family and friends who support their loved ones who are struggling, and those family and friends who are grieving the loss of a loved one. Most importantly, I am honoring my guardian angel, Jason.
Here’s to you, Jas, and our final right of Hereford and left on Boylston together.
Beyond running, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, especially my parents and dog Rey, who I call my “Rey of Sunshine.”
I am most proud of the woman that I have become over the last few years. There were some challenges, but with the guidance from loved ones, I was able to push myself well beyond my comfort zone and do things that I never imagined doing. I set goals that led to some of my biggest achievements to date- including the 2022 Boston Marathon. Most importantly, I am proud of myself for finding a love for running because it has provided me a healthy way to process the grief of losing Jason.
