What I do for a living: I’m in the financial industry and help clients find solutions to problems.
Why I choose to run New York with Herren Project:
I’ve lost my best friend to addiction about 6 years ago (Mike #24) – he’s someone I think about and adjust my life for every single day. I’ve had multiple family or friends lost or influenced by addiction and I choose to run in honor of Mike, my family, and friends that have been impacted by this disease.
What I do for fun (besides running and helping others!):
I help coach my daughter Libby’s soccer program (she’s 7) and help coach my son, Mason’s, baseball team (he’s 10) – I love teaching and showing kids ways to think positively and to get better as humans and athletes!
