Sarah Eddlemon
I chose to run the NY Marathon with Heren Project because as a mom of 4, I see the importance
of educating youth about the disease of addiction. Substance abuse is increasingly prevalent but
the lack of funding for preventative initiatives is a huge hurdle. I hope to raise awareness about
Herren Project and the positive impact it is making on both recovery and prevention.
