Meet the 2026 Spirit of Purple Winner!
It is my honor to recommend Cameron for the Spirit of Purple Award through Herren Project. I have had
the privilege of knowing her for the past three years during my time at Prep, and in that time, she has consistently
stood out as a truly remarkable young person who continues to inspire me and touch my heart.
She is an absolute delight—a beautiful spirit who navigates the challenges of adolescence with grace, kindness,
compassion, and grit. Her presence brings light to those around her, and she approaches each day with authenticity
and care for others.
This year, she joined our Herren Project Club, which was incredibly meaningful to our community. From the moment she
became involved, she fully embodied its mission. She doesn’t just participate, she lives the mission IN and OUT of
school. She shows up for others with genuine empathy, offering support, encouragement, and kindness in both big
and small ways.
One of the most powerful examples of her leadership and heart was her involvement in our Coffee Sleeve Design
project. She was instrumental in bringing this initiative to life, helping to spread uplifting messages throughout the
community. Her creativity, enthusiasm, and commitment made a lasting impact, and she inspired those around her to
engage with purpose.
What sets her apart is not just what she does, but how she does it—with an open heart and an open mind. She leads
with compassion, includes others, and consistently uplifts her peers. She is the kind of student who makes a
community stronger simply by being part of it.
She inspires me daily, and I cannot think of a more deserving recipient of the Spirit of Purple Award. I wholeheartedly
recommend her for this honor.
